Delivery

1. GENERAL TERMS OF DELIVERY

1.1. All orders placed through the Simgear.bg website are carried out by an external courier.

1.2. For orders outside Bulgaria, the cost of delivery is charged to the customer's basket and can be seen before the confirmation of the order.

1.3. Orders sent by courier must have a declared value equal to the value of the products in the user basket.

1.4. Simgear.bg is not responsible for delayed, partially or completely damaged deliveries, nor is it responsible for possible losses of third parties caused by the courier company. In case of such a precedent, please contact us for assistance.

2. DELIVERY TIME

2.1. Orders registered in the platform, made after 3:00 p.m. are processed on the next working day.

2.2. Different products on the platform have different delivery period. This period is mentioned on the page of each individual product immediately above the price. However, due to the nature of the products and the external suppliers we work with, there may be a discrepancy between the announced and actual delivery time. In this case, the condition for force majeure applies, detailed in the General Terms and Conditions of the site.

2.3. Estimated delivery times:

  • up to 2 working days; (for orders including available products);
  • up to 3 working days; (for orders including partially available products);
  • up to 5 working days; (for orders including partially available products);
  • up to 10 working days; (for orders requiring forwarding from a supplier in the country);
  • up to 20 working days; (for orders requiring forwarding from a supplier abroad);

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The estimate period for deliveries outside the borders of the Republic of Bulgaria varies according to the zone in which the respective country is. To calculate the approximate delivery period, you can use the following formula: A + B. Where parameter "A" can be found in each product above the price field. For parameter "B" you can use the following table:


4. DELIVERY OPTIONS

4.1.Each shipped order is shipped with a "Declared Value" option, which acts as a shipping insurance.

4.2. Each sent order is updated by our employee, and the customer receives a notification to the e-mail address indicated by him, together with the number of the bill of lading.

4.3. The "Cash on Delivery" option is only available for some of the categories on the site (For more information, please see the Payments section).

Almost all orders placed through the website simgear.bg on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria are delivered by courier company "Speedy"

For orders outside Bulgaria, we choose the best conditions and work with different couriers.
